Event Volunteers

A wide variety of volunteer positions are available throughout the festival season. These opportunities offer the satisfaction of supporting one of Madison's top not-for-profit, volunteer-driven, family-friendly annual events. Please read below or contact us if you'd like to become a vounteer at our many Sugar Maple Festival events!

SUGAR MAPLE FESTIVAL: Two-hours shifts from set-up to tear-down of Sugar Maple weekend. Positions include Grounds, Ticket Taker, Merchandise Representative, Stage Crew, Kids Crew, Parking Usher, Beverage Server, On-Site Medical Support, and many more. Each festival volunteer receives an exclusive Sugar Maple t-shirt PLUS free admission to the annual "Volunteer Holler" featuring Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys on September 12. SUGAR MAPLE CONCERT SERIES: These concert and workshop events take place throughout the fiscal year and celebrate the past, present and future of the annual Sugar Maple Festival. Positions include Merchandise Representative, Stage Crew, Street Team and more. Series volunteers recieve free admission to the event.

STREET TEAM: You can help spread the word about the annual Sugar Maple Festival and its supporting concert and workshop events throughout the year. For all the DIY-ers out there documents are available for download to canvas our communities. Positions may also include Exhibiting Representative, Advocate, and others. Executive Board

The Four Lakes Traditional Music Collective, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization governed by an all-volunteer, elected executive board that is supported by a staff of administrators and event committees. Organizationl meetings are held on a regular basis and open to the public.
